Rev. Paul Smith is a now-retired Methodist minister, having served as a minister for over 40 years. He is passionate about the Wesleyan tradition. Paul has written and spoken over the years about holiness as a central charism of the Methodist Movement. He is a leading authority on the subject and is a friend of Cliff College.
