If you are a student at Cliff College you will have been given an @cliffcollege email address which you will use for your study with us. Make sure you log into CliffX with the correct email address.
When you first get your account, make sure you’ve activated your account via the email in your inbox, until you have an activated account with a verified email address you won’t be able to sign in.
If you get locked out, please wait 10 minutes before trying again.
If you reset your CliffX password, wait 10 minutes before trying it.
If you are still having issues, please first try using a different browser or using ‘incognito’/’private browsing’ mode to override any stored cookies of the error. If this works, clear your browser cache of cookies and then log in as normal.
