Our site allows registered users to access educational materials from a range of third party content providers. Our site aims to provide a platform or ‘marketplace’ where you can access a variety of educational materials and courses all in one place. We do not charge you to access the ‘marketplace’ on our site but third party content providers may charge you to access educational materials provided by them and accessed through our site.
Whilst we aim to work with content providers who will provide quality content for our site, we do not provide any recommendation or endorsement for any third party content providers or the content they provide for our site.
We provide a ‘marketplace’ for educational materials; where you plan to access materials provided by a third party content provider you should check their terms and conditions to ensure you are happy with them as you will contract directly with the third party content provider.
If you want to become a registered user of our site (allowing you access to materials provided by third party content providers) you must complete an online application form. If we accept your application to become a registered user of our site we will email you to confirm your registration OR you will see a message on screen confirming your registration.
If we are unable to accept your application to become a registered user, we will inform you of this in writing.

If you register as a user on our site (i.e. to access content/courses provided by third parties) then the third party content providers’ terms and conditions will apply to you. When you access content/courses provided by third party content providers your contract is with such third party content provider and not with us.
